These are made to hold both male and female 5.08mm pluggable header connectors in various Configurations.

The  2,3,4+5 holds male and female 2-pin, 3-pin, 4-pin and 5-pin connectors.

The 6+7 holds male and female 6-pin and 7-pin connectors.

The 2x10 holds two male and two female 10-pin connectors.
